  When will my order be shipped? 
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, so that you receive your package quickly. As soon as the package starts you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and the shipping number. All our shipments are made with couriers that offer an online tracking system.
  What courier do you use? 
For Italy we use the couriers BRT, GLS, SDA.
 How can I tell which carrier the goods will leave with? 
The choice of the courier is made directly by you. During the checkout phase you can select the desired courier and any additional services.
 Can I track my shipment? 
All our shipments are tracked. At any time you can know the status of your shipment, using the code you received in the shipping confirmation email.

 How long will I receive my package? 
The couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, on average in 24/48 hours. For delivery in Sardinia, some areas of Sicily, smaller islands and locations that are difficult to reach could take 3/4 working days. Delivery times of the Courier to the Customer's home are to be considered indicative as they may be subject to change due to force majeure, difficult traffic and road conditions, strikes or the Authority.
Standard delivery is made on Business Days from 08.30 to 18.00. This type includes delivery on the road for all products. Delivery to the floor is not carried out. The Courier makes the first delivery without notice. In the absence of the Customer, the Courier leaves a notice of passage (slip inside the mailbox or sticker on the bell) and retries the delivery on the next Business Day. In case of further absence the parcel returns to the courier's warehouses and the stock is opened.
Techmade will contact the customer who will have to agree with the courier for a new delivery. The costs of storage and return of the package after 24 hours may be charged to the customer.
If you think you are not present in the hours scheduled for delivery of the package, indicate a different shipping address, or request delivery by appointment or a deposit.
 
 What are the shipping costs? 
The shipping costs vary according to the volumetric weight (to be understood as a weight / volume ratio) and are calculated during the order processing.
