This Privacy Policy of Techmade S.r.l. with Sole Shareholder, with registered office in Via Libertà 25, 80055 Portici (NA) (Data Controller), aims to provide full clarification regarding the policy adopted by the company on the processing of users’ personal data in relation to the services provided by Techmade S.r.l. through the websites www.techmade.eu – www.techmadeshop.eu – www.techmadeblog.it – www.techmadetrack.com

Techmade takes privacy protection very seriously, meaning the confidentiality of its users’ personal data. The principles outlined below form the basis of the processing of users’ personal data by Techmade S.r.l.

Data Processing and User Consent

Techmade S.r.l. will collect, use, or disclose users’ personal data strictly in compliance with the law. In most cases, Techmade S.r.l. will request explicit consent; in some cases, consent may be inferred from users’ actions and behavior.

Techmade S.r.l. may request additional consent if it needs to use personal data for purposes not stated in this Privacy Policy. Providing such consent is not mandatory, but without it, participation in certain activities may not be possible.

Location of Personal Data Processing

Processing related to the services of the websites takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of Techmade S.r.l. with Sole Shareholder and is carried out only by personnel authorized to process data or by individuals responsible for occasional maintenance operations.

Data generated by the websites may be communicated to technological and instrumental partners used by the Data Controller to provide the services requested by users. “Personal data,” within the context of this Privacy Policy, refers to information or fragments of information that could allow your identification. Browsing Data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the websites acquire certain personal data during normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information, by its nature, could—through processing and association with data held by third parties—allow identification of the computers connecting to the site. Data of Non‑Registered Users

Information generated by users who visit the websites without being registered (or without an active session), used to enable optimal browsing, statistical analysis, and content personalization—including advertising—may be used by Techmade S.r.l. at different times to integrate information provided during registration.

Data of Registered Users

Techmade S.r.l. uses technologies that allow tracking of browsing activities of registered users across different browsers or devices (computer, tablet, smartphone) through an alphanumeric ID, in order to present products similar to those viewed or purchased, regardless of the device used.

When registered users consent to direct marketing, Techmade S.r.l. may process data related to their actions on the websites to inform them via email that products left in the cart are still available or to propose similar products (remarketing).

When registered users consent to profiling, Techmade S.r.l. may process data related to their purchasing behavior (items purchased, amounts spent) to tailor commercial offers to their profile.

Payment Data

Regarding payment data, Techmade S.r.l. only receives confirmation from digital payment companies or credit card processors regarding the payment status (successful/declined). All details of prepaid cards (e.g., PayPal) or credit cards are stored by the entities managing the service, which are not authorized to use the personal data received through www.techmadeshop.eu for other purposes.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Techmade S.r.l. may use users’ personal data to:
